Active Hand Therapy is very excited to announce that our Coomera Hand Therapy Clinic is now open every day Monday to Friday!!

Active Hand Therapy Gold Coast is a specialist physiotherapy and occupational therapy clinic that treats hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder injuries. The family owned business has been providing services on the coast for well over 10 years. More than a year ago we started up a clinic in the Coomera area servicing Logan and the northern Gold Coast region. This clinic has been going gangbusters as the population of this area swells. We have now been able to extend the clinic hours fulltime. 

Shawn McDowell is our resident Hand Therapist in our Northern Gold Coast clinic. He is a full member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association - this requires an additional three years of study on top of his Occupational Therapy degree. Shawn has also recently passed the International Certified Hand Therapy exam - this is an elite group, with only a few therapists in Queensland accomplishing this.
